Class Descriptions
We are not a hot yoga studio. Therefore, the heat you create starts from within. Our sweat level is an indicator of how sweaty you may get in class; not necessarily how hard it may be.

Move
In Move, we link breath with movement that build strength, flexibility, and calm. Similar to what you may know as Vinyasa. The teacher offers clear options and modifications throughout, so you can make the practice as gentle or as dynamic as feels right for your body that day. This is an in between class, meaning that it isn't advanced, but it's not beginner. Beginners are welcome though; it just may take you a few classes to understand the languaging!

Chair
A more accessible class using a sturdy chair for support to explore well balanced movement, gentle stretches, and breath awareness. Perfect for beginners, seniors, those with limited mobility, or anyone looking to get movement ideas for when they're at work. There will be some standing poses and options to stay in the chair.
