Join us for a heartfelt Peace and Love Meditation dedicated to sending healing energy to the communities in Venezuela affected by the recent earthquakes. This gentle, restorative session will guide you through calming breathwork, loving-kindness meditation, and peaceful visualization to cultivate deep inner calm while collectively channeling compassion and support to those in need. Every donation from this class will go directly toward relief efforts for the impacted cities in Venezuela.
