Cancellation Policy
Class Booking Cancellation Policy We understand life happens, and plans can change—thank you for helping us keep classes open for everyone by canceling when you can't make it! You can cancel your booked class at any time through our online booking system (or by emailing hello@innervoyagestudio.com or messaging us directly). There are no cancellation fees or penalties—no matter when you cancel. We kindly ask for at least 4 hours' notice before the class start time if you decide not to attend. This gives others on the waitlist a chance to join and helps us prepare the space thoughtfully. What happens if you don't cancel or no-show? No fees will be charged. We may note repeated no-shows (without notice) and gently reach out to chat about it, as it can impact others' access to popular classes. Your spot is held until class starts—if you don't arrive, it may open up for walk-ins. We appreciate your consideration—it truly supports our community vibe and keeps the energy flowing for all. Come as you are, and if plans shift, no worries.
