Class Descriptions

Slow Flow

Perfect for those new/newer to yoga or anyone seeking a gentle, supportive introduction. In this 60-minute class, we explore foundational postures with clear guidance on alignment, breath awareness, and mindful movement.

Sweat level: none

Chi Flow

Offered the 2nd Sunday of each month. In this CHI FLOW class, feel your PRANA GROW from within, utilizing yoga based in physical therapy principles, to realign and reorganize your energy from the ground up building to a complementary Tai Chi and Qigong practice. 

Sweat level: 🥵

Move

In Move, we link breath with movement that build strength, flexibility, and calm. The teacher offers clear options and modifications throughout, so you can make the practice as gentle or as dynamic as feels right for your body that day. This is an in between class, meaning that it isn't advanced, but it's not beginner. Beginners are welcome though; it just may take you a few classes to understand the languaging!

Stretching

A stretching class to ease everyday stiffness. We start with standing warm-ups to get moving and breathing. Then we hold gentle stretches for about 1 minute each—focusing on tight spots like hips, back, shoulders, and legs.

Mindful Meditation

Great for anyone seeking calm, clarity, or a gentle reset—new to meditation or returning for more connection to your inner world. Leave feeling grounded, refreshed, and more at ease. All levels welcome.

Sweat level: none

Chair

A more accessible class using a sturdy chair for support to explore well balanced movement, gentle stretches, and breath awareness. Perfect for beginners, seniors, those with limited mobility, or anyone looking to get movement ideas for when they're at work. There will be some standing poses and options to stay in the chair.
